Services: Project Management and Quantity Surveying
Shelby acted as Project Manager and Quantity Surveyor on a £36 million extension to Lidl’s regional distribution warehouse in Bridgend, South Wales. The state-of-the-art facility has now grown to 36,000 sqm, enhancing Lidl’s logistics capacity in the region.
Shelby was also appointed to Lidl’s Project Management and Cost Management Framework, providing expert services across its UK Distribution Centre programme. Key projects included:
- Luton – Freezer expansion programme at the largest RDC in Europe
- Enfield – Mezzanine refurbishment and roof repairs
- Runcorn – Sprinkler retrofit and yard repairs
- Belvedere – Roller racking modifications
