Shelby is providing project management services on a landmark London development. Paul Woods, Shelby PM, is overseeing a £1.8m supplier package on Chelsea Waterfront’s Tower West, a 37-storey glass residential building. The new-build scheme comprises of 75 luxury apartments.
Tower West is part of the 11.3-acre Chelsea Waterfront master-plan, which includes the refurbishment of the historic Lots Road Power Station.
