Shelby is project managing a luxury townhouse build in North Devon. Armada Close is a high-quality development of 12 homes, which will be close to Ilfracombe high street and the sea front.
There will be six four-bedroom townhouses, each with integral garages, and six three-bedroom houses, each with their own allocated car parking space. The development, by Atlantic Developments Partnership, is due to complete this summer.
