A new office block was unveiled for 100 Oldham Council staff within the Spindles Shopping Centre. Several retail units were consolidated into an open plan 8,000 sq ft office, to support the council’s ongoing town centre regeneration strategy. Shelby were appointed as Project Manager on the scheme.
