Shelby was appointed Lead Project Manager and Programme Manager to oversee Primark’s annual refit programme, delivering seven store refurbishments within live trading environments. Among these was the flagship Hemel Hempstead store refit, a project that involved extensive dilapidation works to meet current building standards, paired with a full internal makeover to bring Primark’s model store concept to life.

Throughout the programme, Shelby ensured each store was completed on time, within budget and to exceptional quality standards. The upgrades included new signage, striking visual merchandising and the integration of advanced digital communication technologies, all designed to elevate the customer experience and reinforce Primark’s brand presence.
