Shelby provides quantity surveying services for Haven’s pitch development schemes across the UK. To date, we’ve delivered more than 30 site extension projects - from Craig Tara in Scotland to Kent Coast in the South East.

One notable project was the large-scale development at Haggerston Castle, Northumberland, featuring fully serviced holiday homes built around three man-made lakes.

In addition to project delivery, we support Haven with detailed cost planning to shape development strategy and forecast capital expenditure.
