Shelby is providing QS services on pitch development schemes nationwide for Haven Leisure Limited. Among the schemes completed, with new holiday homes added for the 2023 season, are Craig Tara, Allhallows, Primrose Valley, Haggerston Castle, Thornwick Bay, Burnham-on-Sea and Seton Sands.

The large-scale development at Haggerston Castle, in Northumberland, includes fully serviced holiday homes surrounding three manmade lakes.

Shelby are supporting Haven with future feasibility and development appraisals, with the provision of site specific cost plans. These will help define the client's future development strategies and allow for capital expenditure forecasting.

We are appointed as QS on eight further schemes in 2024.
