Shelby project managed the build of 12 luxury town houses in Devon. Armada Close is a high-quality development, centered around an electronically gated attractive mews, situated near Ilfracombe high street and sea front.
The development completed in the summer of 2020.
There are six four-bedroom townhouses, each with integral garages, and six three-bedroom houses, each with their own allocated car parking space.
