Shelby acted as Project Director, overseeing all pre and post construction delivery aspects, during this Croatian island development to create a retreat destination. New infrastructure was installed on the island including utilities, roads, and drainage. The 136-acre island is a holiday destination, with luxury glamping and lodges, an amphitheatre, swimming pool, restaurants, and bars.
