It was heartwarming to see so many of Shelby’s RAAC (Reinforced Autoclave Aerated Concrete) Decant Project partners support the Airedale Hospital and Community Charity Christmas Gifts Appeal. Together, more than £1,000 of presents were donated to bring holiday cheer to those spending Christmas in hospital.
Shelby is currently appointed on a ward refurbishment programme at Airedale Hospital, which includes general wards, endoscopy, out-of-hours pharmacy, cardiology, stroke care and urology.
Steve Tighe, Shelby Director, said: “The number of gifts donated was truly unbelievable and a beautiful gesture from so many. Well done to Robertson Group and Kevin Keogh for coordinating the donations.”
