Shelby was appointed to provide Project and Cost Management support for Levi, overseeing the delivery of new stores and refits across the country.

During this partnership, Shelby successfully managed 14 projects from initial feasibility through to defects close, ensuring every store was delivered on time and within budget. Acting as the client representative, Shelby took full ownership of project and cost management activities, coordinating all aspects including design, statutory consents, landlord agreements, procurement and final delivery.

This comprehensive management approach ensured a smooth process, enabling Levi’s to expand and refresh their retail presence with confidence and precision.
