There are not many projects with such stunning views as this. Shelby provided cost consultancy services on a scheme to replace a landmark seafront hotel with new homes and apartments. The Trebarwith Hotel, which stands on the clifftops at Newquay in Cornwall, is to be replaced by six townhouses, nine apartments and a detached beach house.
Shelby’s Phil Taylor oversaw the feasibility, tender of works and pre-construction phases on this project.
Trebarwith Hotel was formed between 1899 and 1920 from the amalgamation of several adjoining properties overlooking Newquay’s Great Western Beach.
