Shelby is part of a team working on a multi-million-pound extension of an existing regional distribution warehouse for supermarket chain Lidl. We are appointed as Project Managers and Quantity Surveyors on this two-and-a-half-year scheme.
We are also appointed by Lidl on its Project Management and Cost Management Framework to deliver professional services across its UK Distribution Centre programme. The Scope of Shelby’s role includes new RDC builds as well as refurbishment and extension of existing RDCs. Shelby supports Lidl on its RDC Expense Programme, undertaking projects <£200k as part of its annual RDC improvement programme.
