Shelby was appointed on a Project Management and Cost Management basis to support Levi’s UK project delivery of new stores and existing store refits. During Shelby’s appointment with Levi’s, we successfully delivered 14 projects on time and on budget.
Shelby acted as client representative on the Levi’s programme including all project and cost management activities from feasibility to defects close. Shelby coordinated the design, statutory consents, landlord agreements, procurement and delivery of Levi's projects.
Levi's appointed Shelby to manage delivery of its new store within the busy Highcross Shopping Centre, in Leicester. Working within a busy shopping centre, the team had to plan all construction activities with exact precision to adequately safeguard the public and staff.
Shelby completed the project on time, with all snagging works closed out prior to Levi’s accepting handover of its new store in June 2018.
