The Co-operative Group is a British consumer co-operative with a diverse family of retail businesses including food retail, financial services, funeral care and legal services across more than 3,700 outlets.

Shelby Group has been appointed by The Co-operative Group to provide Programme Management and PMO services within its Special Projects division.  Shelby Group were required to provide a flexible and reactive Programme Management service due to the diverse nature of the Special Project types.

Shelby Group is proud to be working closely with such an influential and forward-thinking retail organisation.

Project Title: Special Projects Programme and Project Management

Project Type: Programme Management of multiple store investment programmes across diverse stakeholder groups. This includes managing several compliance related roll-out programmes across food retail stores, encompassing asbestos removal, fire separation, roofing and back of house re-modelling.
